A Diagnostic Energy Audit is an assessment of how much energy a home consumes and a set of recommendations for ways to decrease the home’s energy usage.

The Audit starts with a detailed conversation with you, the homeowner, to find out how you live in your house.  What are your concerns?  Where are you uncomfortable?  What do you think could be better about your house?  Where do you think you’re losing energy? ­­­

It will include a room-by-room examination of the residence, a thorough examination of past utility bills, and various energy efficiency tests including a blower-door test and combustion safety analysis on your gas appliances.

An audit will pinpoint where your house is losing energy and show you how to correct the problems to save money, improve comfort, improve indoor air quality, and conserve hot water and electricity.
